We deliver this service in a way that meets the needs of our clients and this is via the telephone, face to face advice at outreach appointments and home visits.
Telephone advice is available for the majority of enquiries.

For more complex issues we can provide outreach appointments at a variety of venues including:

For clients with complex issues who cannot get to an outreach appoint we can provide a limited home visiting service.

Our information and advice team answers over 6000 telephone enquiries a year from older people, their relatives and carers on a range of issues including welfare benefits, community care, health and housing.
