The Information & Advice service also visit some of the wards at Southlands Hospital, Worthing, Bognor & Crawley to give support to people that have to make life changing decisions.

We have an Information & Advice Outreach worker in Mid Sussex who also offers help with 'your home... your choice.' This service will assist people in later life living in Mid Sussex, who would like advice and support when considering their housing options. For further information call 01444 452253.
We have an Information & Advice Outreach worker in Crawley who offers home visits to disabled and vulnerable people on Monday and Thursday. For further information call 01293 544144.
For clients with complex issues who cannot get to an outreach appoint we can provide a limited home visiting service.
